MY FAVORITE RECIPES
Pickling Eggs (OMG, these are just the best!)
Canning Breads & Cakes (DO THIS!)
Watermelon Pickles (A family friend made these pickles when I was five. I taught myself to can at 26 so that I could make these pickles. You don't have to hot pack these. Just put them in a jar and keep in the fridge. This recipe is different. I do not add the ginger. Also, I always look for a half a watermelon at the store so that I can find one with a thick rind. You can use the 4oz jars if you don't want to keep big opened jars in the fridge. Small jars usually are eaten at one meal. You will need many jars because everybody wants these pickles.)
